User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

Account sharing is prohibited. Each individual may maintain one account only.
4. Entry and Draw Structure
Entry Selection
- Selecting an available entry level (e.g., Foundation, Supporter, Advocate)
- Completing secure payment through approved processors
- Receiving confirmation of entry details via email
Participation Rules
- All valid entries have equal chances of selection
- Entries apply only to the specified draw
- Entries are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law

Draw Integrity
Draws use certified random selection technology in accordance with applicable provincial regulations. Results are final and binding.
5. Prizes and Winner Procedures
Prize Structure

Winner Notification
Potential winners are contacted using their registered email address or phone number. Winners must respond within 30 days. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture.

Tax Responsibility

9. Responsible Participation

10. Intellectual Property

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Platform Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may suspend access for maintenance or compliance reasons.
Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10BestCasinosCanada shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or opportunities, or third-party service failures. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant entry.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10BestCasinosCanada and its affiliates from claims arising from violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, misuse of the Platform, or fraudulent conduct.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated, fraud or misuse is detected, eligibility criteria are no longer met, or required by law or regulation. Users may close accounts by contacting support.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province of operation. Disputes shall be resolved through:
- Good-faith negotiation
- Mediation
- Binding arbitration (no class actions)
Courts of competent jurisdiction retain authority where arbitration is not applicable.
